RECRUITMENT PROCESS

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Are you wondering about the recruitment process? Don’t worry, it’s nothing complicated! First, we explain what we do, show you how we work and give you the opportunity to test your own strengths. Therefore, our recruitment process is divided into three stages.

We receive a compelling CV and make the first contact. Most often we call, but we can also send an e-mail. You’ll learn exactly what our work is and what the recruitment process looks like. We’ll answer all your questions, clear your doubts and present our offer in detail. We’ll ask if you know anything about us and how many hours and which days you can work during the week. If you are a foreigner, we will ask you about your status in Poland. This is very important because we need to establish if and what kind of work permit you may need to work for us. We employ only legally.
Stage I
In order to verify your language skills, you’ll receive a file containing 15 to 30 responses that need translating into English from the language you know. If you stated you know more than one foreign language, you’ll receive several files to translate. In our everyday work, we mainly read and categorise responses, so translation is the only test of language skills. Don’t be afraid to speak in a foreign language!
Stage ||
The best way to decide if you want to join us is to see for yourself what we do. Therefore, the last part of the recruitment is taking part in three meetings where we show you exactly what we do and how we work. As we operate on a fully remote basis, this is a great opportunity to check how well you handle working on the computer, understand what our work entails and follow the instructions of the person conducting the meetings. It’s mostly about assessing your commitment and willingness to learn new things. You’ll learn proper work during training as part of your daily responsibilities!
